NEB inspection officer observed that Incorrect tags (LOTO) were being used for operational reasons to remove unenergized equipment from operation use (CNC #2); which is not oin accordance with "Pembina Safety Program, Isolations of Energy Sources Standard, 3.3.11."
Company shall replace LOTO tag with an Operational tag.

NEB inspection officer observed that Incorrect tags (LOTO) were being used for Operational procedures for disconnecting of an electrical feed to a transformer; which is not in accordance with "Pembina Safety Program, Isolation of Energy Sources 3.3.14."
Company shall remove LOTO tag and replace with a an Operational type tag (CNC #3).
Observation 5 - Sweet Water Pump Station, product identification

NEB inspectors observed that both incoming and discharge product identification was not affixed to pipes at Sweet Water pump station (CNC #5); which is not accordance with "Pembina Safety Program, Signage Standard 3.3.14," which states, 'pipelines shall have product contained and flow direction identified on each pipe."
Company shall identify product contained in each pipeline (CNC#5).
Observation 6 - Henderson Creek HDD generator ground

NEB inspectors observed that a light generator in operation was not grounded to an earth ground (CNC 5), which is not in accordnace with Pembina Safety Program, Static Electricty and Stray Currents Standard 3.3.24," which states: "The Canada Electrical Code: Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, 8.1 In this Part, Canadian Electrical Code means (a) CSA Standard C22.1-1990, Canadian Electrical Code, Part I, dated January 1990.”

Company is to place grounding rod and securely connect bonding cable from light generator to the rod to meet the requirements of the Pembina Safety Program, Static Electricity and Stray Currents Standard 3.3.24."
