Observation 6 - Surface Water Storage Pond Liner
IO analysis of previously documented observations, in combination with, and in context of information provided by Westcoast in response to the Surface Water Storage Pond and Discharge Area observation IR indicates:
Provide a report including:1. Results of the pond liner inspection to be completed in later summer to early fall 2018. The results should include an assessment of whether the as-built inlet and discharge pipe penetrations effectively contain storm water and any potential contaminants within the pond.2. Documentation demonstrating completion of alterations or repairs to address any deficiencies identified as a result of (1), if required, and,3. A plan that Westcoast will implement to inspect, monitor and maintain the ongoing condition and performance of the storm water pond liner.
