NEB inspectors verified the presence on site of the Section 52 Certificate and the Commitment Tracking Table pursuant to Condition 14 of the Certificate.Ditching:NEB inspectors observed ditching activities at KP591.700 conducted by Banister. The depth of the ditch was checked by the constructor during the activity and confirmed as of 2.1m. The NPS 36 spiral weld pipe joints for lowering in the ditch were present on site properly supported. The pre-jeeping of the pipe joints was already performed. Enbridge representatives confirmed that a second jeeping activity will be performed prior to pipe lowering and that the ditch depth will be verified at each pipe joint. A survey crew will then verify the pipeline depth of cover. Welding: The joining program was available in the field office (located close to White City) as required by section 16 of the OPR.Welding procedure specifications and supporting qualification documentation / Welders and welding procedure qualifications:Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and all supporting documentation were included in the joining program in accordance with CSA Z662-15, clauses 7.2.3, 7.6.1, 7.7 and 7.8.7.
